The last ten years have presented me with innumerable opportunities to lead cloud migration projects, an exposure that has allowed me to witness firsthand how this transition can revolutionize an organization’s operations and competitive position. These are migrations I have guided through as an Agile Project Manager that entail constant adjustment and fine-tuning of approaches as technological and business scenarios change.
